KETO GRANOLA BAR

Today I have another keto recipe for you I'm going to show you how to make a keto granola bar this kito bar is a good replacement for a granola bar granola bars are high in carbs so if you used to eat them and you really liked them this keto bar would be a good replacement before I move on make sure to subscribe my blog so my new blogs this cute bar is really easy to do if I can do it you can do it let's get baking let's preheat our oven to 350 degrees or 175 degrees Celsius and what we want to do first is we want to take our B cons this is one cup of pecans put them in a bag and you can chop these up with a knife if you like or just put them in a bag and take like a meat tenderizer thank you them a good smash you can also run them through your food processor it really just depends on how big of chunks that you want I don't mind if there are large chunks of Nets so totally up to you I'm just gonna put them back here in this bowl for now alright so in a large bowl let's add in those pecans it's add in 1 cup of thin sliced almonds 1 cup of coconut flakes just kind of loosely mix these together set that a side and then we take a medium-sized bowl add in 1 large egg and then we have 3 tablespoons of a stevia mixes a little bit of granulated sugar in it but of course if you're on a sugar-free diet you can leave out the sugar this will also add a little bit extra carbs so you can leave out the sugar and just use three tablespoons of stevia mix this together alright I'm gonna set that aside next.

I have two tablespoons of peanut butter this is sugar-free peanut butter or you could use almond butter and then I have one tablespoon of coconut oil in there and if it's too cool in your house the coconut oil is going to be solid so I'm gonna put this in the microwave for about 20 seconds so it melts together and now I'm gonna go ahead with a for kand just mix those together a little bit into our egg sugar mixture let's add this make sure this is not hot we don't want it to cook the eggs at all and now to this mixture add him some chocolate chips if you want use sugar-free chocolate chips or you can just leave out the chocolate chips and about 3/4 of a teaspoon of salt and now it's pouring our mixture peanut butter coconut oil and egg maybe we want to just coat everything in the mixture and that acts as some flavor as well as the binder all right and now the mixture is ready to go now I'm using the silicon granola bar mold  to find out more and how to order this specific one if you like or if you have another mold you can use that or you could use like small bread pans and putit in there or you could use like a brownie pan and put it in there and just cut them up

after that if you like let's fill these up I like this mold because it has guidelines on it so you can put the right amount in there I'm equal amount in all of them and then you want to use like the back of a spoon or your silicone spatula and just kind of press them down a little bit and compact them in the mold or whatever you are using you can also use like a muffin pan with paper cups if you wanted to and make that shape and now we bake this in the oven for 18 to 20 minutes until the tops are golden brown and when they come out of the oven they will look something like this now we're gonna go ahead and just let them cool in their pan completely or if you're using like a 13 by 9 pan or 9 by 9 pan just let it cool completely in the pan before you remove them alright once they have cooled you can kind of just squeeze them apart a little bit then push up from the bottom and take the bar out look at that really neat all right the keto bars are done turned out fantastic really easy to do simple ingredients if I can do it you can do it thank you for visiting my blog, your comments or requests please write down below..
